Design TOS

  • If you end up on my Blacklist, I have the right to revoke a design.

  • On the other hand, if you're on my graylist and already had ownership over one of my designs prior to being graylisted, you're allowed to keep it. (Unless you end up on my blacklist)

  • Do not sell my designs to Blacklisted or Graylisted users.

  • If a design is uploaded to toyhouse, please either credit my Scratch account (yellyfishh217) or my deviantart account (yelly27).

  • I do not allow my designs to be used on any way to spread hate.

  • Never make suggestive or NSFW art of my designs or characters, especially not feral characters!

  • Ask for permission before majorly redesigning my designs.

  • You're allowed to redesign my designs as long as it is still recognizeable as the same character, same thing goes for changing the species.

  • Don't rip off my designs. Colorpicking is ok if you make the two designs look distinguishable.

  • Do not sell a design for more than it's worth.

  • Do not name my designs any offensive words or names, if you do so, you'll be asked to rename them.

  • You're not allowed to 'Revoke' a design made by me. I am the designer, therefore only I have the right to revoke one of my own designs.

Art TOS

  • I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason, do not pay before I accept it.

  • Do not use my art as icons if you do not own the character featured in it.

  • I may use any commissioned or trade art as examples for my work, please contact me if you do not want art i made for you to be used as examples.

  • Blacklisted users are not alowed to use my art in any way.

  • You're allowed to use my art for personal means (as long as you own the character) such as prints, stickers, etc.

  • Do not use my art in any form of hateful content.

  • Do not trace or take heavy inspiration on my art. Tracing/referencing for practice is ok as long as you don't post it publically and give proper credit.

  • You're allowed to minorly alter some things in my art (such as eye color, small markings, effects, etc.), but ask for permission first. You must own the character featured in the art to do so.

  • Gift art, DTAEs and event prizes have a total value of 0$ USD.

If you are found to be breaking my TOS, you will be given a warning, repeated offences will lead to you being graylisted or blacklisted

NOTE:

- Blacklisted users cannot receive any art or design made by me. If they receive a design (not by me) that has art by me, I will ask them politely to delete the art or not use it. If blacklisted users own a design made by me, I will revoke that design. The chances of someone getting off this list are very low, but with a proper apology and actually changing their behaviour, it's possible. (Although they will likely be IDKlised)
- Graylisted users cannot receive any new art or design made by me, if they owned a design or art before being graylisted, they are allowed to keep it (unless they are later blacklisted). With an honest apology and change of behaviour, these users may be removed (it depends on the severity of their actions and how much they've changed).
- IDKlisted users are only shared to my friends and trusted individuals. These users are still allowed to receive art or designs by me, but I will be more cautious of them than regular users.

Do not harrass or attack the users below, doing so will lead to a graylist.

Public blacklist

I would prefer if you didn't interact with me if you support any of these users' actions.

  • firewolf15_ (toyhouse) - homophobic, transphobic, toxic and manipulative "friend", spread lies about me, harrassment, religious intolerance, refuses to respect my pronouns.

  • blazepaw54 and mintee89 (scratch) - harassing my friend, NZ jokes, used slurs, sent sexual things to my friend (a minor), scamming.

  • VelvetDelusion (th) / Driftwood97 (da) - feral NSFW, disrespected my TOS, falsely accused me of scamming.

  • Ciyonara (th) - ableism, racism, transphobia, manipulation.

  • aresderflieger (discord, ID: 707134313363275857) - Grooming, used my art with no permission, suicide baiting, sent minors porn, admitted to being a criminal irl.

  • -TheGxxdMxn- (scratch) - Stalking, begging for free art, harrassing me and my friends, supports autism speaks, making disorders up to justify his bad behaviour.

  • Lilfroge (scratch) - Personal.

Public graylist

You can freely interact with me if you support them or are friends with them.
